Some people find yoga boring or difficult, some find meditation serious. Okay….. I understand what you mean

How about Laughter exercises? Laughter yoga?

A famous saying goes like this; “A Day Without Laughter is a Day Wasted.”

I know it might make you curious to try. Laughter can never be a boring exercise moreover its equal to a sport because you move all your muscles, stimulate your body cells through laughter. It can make you relaxed in a good way if you join a good laughter session.

Now is the "time you should try"...

Laughter yoga, a combination of various laughter techniques with breathing exercises in between to enjoy few of the many benefits like more oxygen exchange in body, more activeness and less stress in general. If you laugh regular, laughter can become your natural pain killer medicine.

Join me in laughing together for whole new experience of enjoying the child like laughter’s for no reason and without borders.

  • Personal laughter yoga therapy (Don’t worry, I am good at laughing alone. So I can teach you how to laugh alone or in your close group if you are hesitant to join a big group.
