The move lunch at community center Princenhof
Move together, eat together moves people. Rajitha takes the "Move" accounted for on a voluntary basis. Initially this was a temporary summer activity. Rajitha by the enthusiasm of the participants and they have also decided to continue in the winter. Lunch is provided by two volunteers. Comments participants: Rajitha is excited, radiates a joy from. Her face is smiling from ear to ear. In addition, she prepares her lesson with music and spicy exercises: "They put us to work, each grappler's turn." To summarize: Because of her personality, knowledge and skills in the field of exercise and yoga she gets her entire process groups in motion ,. She brings them laugh. She develops a close relationship with its members individually, but also as a group.
Bij deze verklaar ik dat Rajita Kanchenapali zowel in 2017 alsook in 2018 bijzondere werkzaamheden verricht heeft tijdens de Vredesweek in het Mondiaal Centrum Breda zowel met het geven van yoga in de buitenruimte alsook met lachyoga. Opmerkelijk is dat zij in staat is zowel een kleine groep te begeleiden bij stiltemeditaties alsook in staat is te werken met een grote groep in lachyoga. Bovendien heeft zij een innemende persoonlijkheid, waardoor zij bij iedereen binnenkomt.
Rajitha’s yoga teaching style is both cheerful and serious. While maintaining a light atmosphere she will coach you into trying your asanas the best way feasible for you. I also had the pleasure of doing one laughter session which is hilarious, entertaining and makes you feel very relaxed afterwards.
She is truly an inspired cook. She can turn any simple dish into a feast, by blending in authentic Indian homecooking style flavours in a playful and creative manner. Sometimes complex, sometimes basic, but always great! Jeremy Augustijn.
Rajitha is an awesome cook. She cooks very authentic and variety of Indian dishes. I come from Nepal and i long for spicy food once in a while. Since i tasted her food i certainly dont miss it and my visit to indianresturants stopped as well. From breakfast to dinner to snacks she can prepapre a tasty meal you desire. I must admit that ican’t stop eating n licking my fingers once i pound on her dish. If you wish to try awesome indian food, you should make an appointment with her right away. She can make tasty healthy meal u desire.
Rajitha will make you feel very comfortable during her sessions . She knows how to create the perfect atmosphere for every journey . She is able to adapt her work to many scenarios with a lot of different people . Her skills will guide you to a positive healthy journey: from yoga postures, laughing sessions , positive mind set to the delicious Indian cooking workshops. My experience as a yoga student with Rajitha was so rewarding that I want to repeat it. Rajitha makes that you feel sure that you are doing the yoga movements in the right way and that is specially important for whom, like me, are prety new in the yoga's culture. The best point is that, in her lessons, you can go as far as you feel with the dificulties, according with your own level or focus. Furthermore, it is funny and amazing doing yoga with Rajitha, because she is a nice and energic teacher who brings you always a bit of her hapiness and humor.
She is very relaxing. Her voice is very nice to listen to you. She explains the exercise very well. She does not push you. I liked the class as it was.
